Christmas Luncheon 2017

Date: Monday, December 4th, 2017

Starters: All Members, Wives, Partners, Associate Members (Widows, Widowers and Carers)

If you are in contact with any Widows, Widowers or Carers please make an effort to include them in your party so that they are not left to attend on their lonesome or worse that they do not attend.

Venue: The Cambridge Room, City West Function Centre, 45 Plaistowe Mews, West Perth

Parking: Parking is complimentary. Members MUST BRING their parking ticket with them and exchange for an "exit ticket" on registration at the Centre.

Cost: $25 per head

To use an EFT payment, please print off the Bank receipt, scan as a pdf or jpeg, save to a location on your computer and load a copy through the box below.

PROGRAM:   Presentations, Short speeches, Raffles and gift hampers from our hosts.

TRANSPORT: You are requested to organise transport amongst yourselves.

GROUP BOOKINGS: Following a suggestion from one of our Members in about 2015 regarding the matter of seating arrangements at the Annual Christmas Luncheon. We offer the ability to pre book a table of 8/10 people.Smaller tables can not be accomodated. Advise Lin through this Webform or by email or phone of the Members of your Group.

 To accommodate this facility and not put any additional pressure on the organisers, it is requested that Members form their own table, 8/10 persons, collect the fees and lodge it as one booking with Lin Vinicombe. That sounds easy enough and we hope to see greater numbers at the Luncheon. Early bookings will be essential to accommodate such requests.
